Frequently Asked Questions About Numis Network
What happened to Numis Network?
Numis Network merged with WorldVentures, a luxury travel MLM, on July 19, 2013. Distributors could choose to sell WorldVentures travel products, continue selling coins, or both. WorldVentures itself filed for bankruptcy in 2020, effectively ending both opportunities.
Was Numis Network a scam?
Numis Network sold real numismatic coins and was not considered a scam. The company was founded by legitimate MLM industry veterans. However, the business model proved unsustainable, leading to the 2013 merger with WorldVentures. Like most MLMs, the majority of distributors likely earned little to nothing.
Are numismatic coins a good investment?
Numismatic (collectible) coins can be legitimate investments, but the market is niche and values are highly speculative. Buying coins through an MLM at inflated prices to earn commissions is generally considered a poor investment strategy compared to buying directly from coin dealers.
